Write to the editors of a journal and send an abstract...ask if this kind of article is likely to be considered, Most editors welcome this. Query always query is the first success of journal writing.
Pride gets in the way of journal publications...15% of papers in education are accepted with revisions to 75% of papers being accepted with further revisions so CELEBRATE and revise and resubmit.
